Without a formal background in sales or management, Cristian Cardenas began his career by day trading in the stock market and working in restaurants. Though he faced challenges in advancing to the top, his entrepreneurial mindset and drive propelled him forward once he entered the business world. His unique perspective has allowed him to rapidly rise within his organization, where he now serves as one of its most dynamic Directors of Operations.

Cristian Cardenas excels at building and leading high-performing teams, managing the interview process, and training new hires—all while fostering a fun and engaging work environment. His rapid development is rooted in his passion for growth, a positive attitude, and a commitment to continuous learning.
